Sometimes when a radio focuses on a particular kinds of radio programs it becomes a bit boring to their listeners because of lack of variation and by understanding this Energy 100 FM started their journey as an online radio to please their listeners all day long with various kinds of radio programs.

Energy100fm is the first youth commercial radio station in Namibia launched in 1996 to cater for the youth market in Namibia with a focus on dance music entertainment and programming. It is registered as Radio 100 (Pty) Ltd and trading as Radio Energy100fm or simply Energy100fm as its known now.

We broadcast in stereo on 100 MHz from Windhoek. In the central Khomas region we cover the surrounding areas of Windhoek, Rehoboth and Okahandja. A 2000Watt transmitter broadcasts in the north, based in Oshakati, where our transmission signal is 100.9 MHz. In the north, we reach the Omusati-, Ohangwena-, Oshikoto- and Oshana regions and in the Kavango region we are broadcasting from Arendesnes on 100.7MHz
