Pulzar FM was established by Andy Poulsen and Jason Akehurst at the very end of the most recent century (the distance in 1999!). Taking to the wireless transmissions in October 1999, Pulzar FM show on various diverse frequencies over a time of 8 years as a low power move music radio station covering the inward city of Christchurch. Pulzar FM added to a dedicated and faithful after, however without the broad scope accessible from a powerful flag, the station remained a work of adoration as opposed to a monetarily feasible substance.
